The BitConnect prepaid debit card is a payment option that can be used for in-store purchases, online shopping and cash withdrawals from ATM's anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

Deposits can be made with either Bitcoin or BitConnect Coin and can be used as funding for multiple BCCPay wallets.

Plastic cards will be shipped within 15-20 days from your order being placed.

Cryptocurrency can be very hard to spend in traditional markets, the BitConnect card gives you options to spend in Fiat currency at retail and online locations worldwide.

BitConnect follows KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations and anti-money laundering laws. The services you demand will determine the amount of information we collect. These guidelines are set to ensure that the information we collect from you is safe and secure at all times and all laws are being followed.

Account verification can be achieved by submitting 3 types of documents:

1. A valid government issued ID - high-quality images of the following documents are acceptable:

  • International Passport (double page)

  • National ID card (both sides)

  • Driving license (both sides)

Important: To avoid delays when verifying your account, make sure that these documents are:

  • Entirely visible (watermarks are permitted, but they should not cover major details)

  • High quality (color images, with resolution of 300dpi or higher)

  • Valid, with expiration date clearly visible.

  • Your ID document must still be valid for at least 6 months as of uploading date

2. A proof of residency – high-quality scanned images of the following documents are acceptable:

  • Bank statement of your current account

  • Credit card statement

  • Utility bill: water, electricity etc.

  • landline phone bill

  • Tax return, council tax bill

  • Government-issued certificate of residency.

Important: To avoid delays when verifying your account, make sure that your submitted documents are:

  • A scanned image of a paper-based document or an original digital version in PDF

  • Addressed to your name and matching home address

A selfie with your ID document clearly visible.

Please, make sure that every detail of the ID document is clearly visible.

Note: For documents, drafted in languages which use non-Latin characters (Arabic, Chinese etc.), a certified translation into English is required.

Yes. Cards with level 1 limitations will require an upgrade request for increasing card spending and loading limits. KYC verification is to be completed as per bank standard before level 2 cards can be processed.

No. Due to contractual obligations, virtual cards WILL NOT be available at this time. We hope to remedy this in the near future

No. We do not advise members to create more than one account to order more than one card. If we discover that you have multiple BitConnect accounts, we will suspend those accounts immediately without notice.

No. You can order one card for each available currency card USD, EUR and GBP.

No. It is not possible to transfer currencies between cards. Only load the amount you plan to spend from your debit card. It is not possible to transfer your debit card balance to Bitcoin or BitConnect Coin after it has been loaded.

We calculate USD value given on the Bitconnect.co website for card order and card loading with Bitcoin and Bitconnect coin.

Yes. Family members can share an IP address and have one account per person. Provided they have verified their KYC documents for card orders.

Account verification can be completed by submitting 3 types of documents:

No, you cannot link your BitConnect Account and BCCPAY Account. Both are different accounts. You need to register and create a new account on BCCPAY to order a PREPAID DEBIT CARD. However, you can use the same Email ID to register yourself on BCCPAY. for better security, please keep different passwords for both the accounts.

If your card order gets rejected, follow the steps given below:

  • 1. Login to your account.
  • 2. Cancel the card you ordered. The amount will be REFUNDED to your account.
  • 3. Re-order the card and then re-submit the documents for KYC.

Once you order the card and if all the documents produced by you are verified than the card will be dispatched to you.

Activation of the card must be done once the card is delivered to your doorstep. Do not load the card before you receive it. If you do so, BCCPAY will not be responsible for any consequences that happen.

As soon as you get the card, follow the steps given below to activate your card:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to Dashboard and click the activate button in "Available cards".
  3. You will receive a mail on your registered Email Id.
  4. Click on the card activation link in the mail.
  5. Enter the ID Card Number, you have given as proof while ordering the PREPAID DEBIT CARD.
  6. Enter the Last 4 digit Proxy Number of your PREPAID DEBIT CARD.
  7. Click on the Submit Button.

After you complete the above steps your card will be activated successfully.

ATM PIN of your PREPAID DEBIT CARD will be sent to you by mail at your registered Email Id.

If you are not available to take the card, then anyone at your delivery address can collect the card on the production of your ID proof.Production of your Id is necessary for making sure that the card is delivered to the right person.
